Magnesium LED heatsink

It is thinner and has better heat dissipation than conventional aluminum LED heat sink.
Therefore, it can be provided as a lightweight (approximately 1/3 of conventional products) and inexpensive (material cost is about 46% of conventional products).

We can manufacture magnesium molded parts by thin wall molding.

Conventional aluminum products are limited to 2.5 mm thick. However, it can be reduced to 1.5 mm or less with magnesium products.

We can shorten the schedule from mold production to trial by improving the precision of drawing preliminary examination.
We will arrange molds and arrange for trim type and tooling at the same time. As a result, it is possible to trial from prototype 1, so process verification on the premise of mass production becomes possible.
We will check the validity of the scheme in advance by flow analysis as necessary to eliminate wasteful trials.
By doing so, we anticipate problems that may occur in advance, conduct prior examination of remedial measures, and then do a trial.
