3D Adjustment Hinges: These hinges are capable of left/right, up/down, and forward/backward positioning adjustment between the wall frame and the door with one driver.

Hidden Hinges: These hinges are completely invisible from the outside when the door is closed.

We are a specialized manufacturer of hinges used in a variety of types of doors. We are an industry leader with a 60% share of the market. We perform unified development, manufacture and sales for a variety of products including our representative product, 3D adjusted hinges.

Our chief products are door hinges, and we have secured a more than 60% share of this market.
3D Adjustment Hinges: After attaching the door to the frame, the position adjustment functionality built into the hinge allows for three dimensional adjustment of the door position (up-down, left-right and forward-backward), making it easy for even inexperienced persons to install doors. Also, for residential equipment manufacturers we are contributing to the industrialization of residential materials manufacturing through by realizing a method by which doors are shipped from the factory with hinges pre-installed.
Hidden Hinges: With traditional hinges the revolving core is still visible even when the door is closed, but hidden hinges have a structure that makes them completely invisible. This feature adds to the attractiveness of the door. Our products contribute to clean designs in architecture.

Hinges have a specialized structure, and as such general-use equipment cannot be used. As a result, we design the machines and equipment used at our company ourselves.
Metal Press Processing Technology: Using our efficient ""pass method"" which stamps both sides of the steel or iron hinge simultaneously we have realized 3000 model types with structures ranging from thicknesses of 0.8mm-4mm and heights between 25 mm -127 mm.
Development of Automatic Machinery for the Hinge Pipe Winding Process: Realized process automation of the pipe winder (axle receptor section), a part that runs through the core rod. Furthermore, we have ensured the precision of the clearance between the revolving axle and the axle receptor to a high degree of precision, ensuring the life of the door to 200,000 open/close cycles.
Long Hinge Line: We have completed a single line from coil material to finished product for our in-house designed ""long hinges"" (continuous hinges that allow their lengths to be freely adjusted). As a result, we are able to manufacture them efficiently.

・Labor Health and Safety: Our company works very hard at safety management, particularly during the machine processing stages. We perform all of our work with "Safety First" as the top priority. In 1976, we were awarded a "Type 2 Record Certificate for Achieving 2 Million Hours without an Accident," and from the General Administrative Agency of the Cabinet we were awarded the Prime Minister's Prize for "Promoting the Prevention of Accidents in the Workplace." In 2000 we received a "Type 4 Record Certificate for 3.8 Million Hours without an Accident (20 Year Commendation)." Our accident-free record continues to this day, and currently stands at 5.44 million hours.

Measures Taken to Ensure Strict Delivery and Faster Delivery
(1) Manufacturing Management through IT: We have been using computer programs for specialized production management, orders, and sales management from 1990. Every six years we invest in the latest technology software to match the speeding up of operations.
(2) We have established a Real-Time System based on a specialized network constructed with our customers. This system handles orders and delivery responses. This is an effective source of information that allows us to determine our production ordering by directly accessing the inventory systems of our major customers.
