- Our company's carbide cutting tools are used in the manufacture of many precision parts including light electrical parts, construction machinery parts, semiconductor parts, manufacturing robot parts, automobile parts, railroad car machine parts, ship machine parts, and civilian aviation machine parts.
Carbide tools make it possible to realize simultaneous multiple process hole boring. Carbide tools are able to create in a single process special contoured machine forms that with traditional processing methods required multiple processes.
These are the ideal cutting tools for cast aluminum and cast iron material cutting work that requires hole diameter precision, roundness, cylindricality and smoothness.

We have been business partners with Nabtesco since the Nippon Air Brake era prior to their corporate name change.
We also are involved in the manufacture of OEM products for many major carbide tool manufacturers.

*Burnishing Drill: A high-performance drill capable of ensuring precise holes without pilot holes.
*Burnishing Reamer: With a single burnishing reamer it is possible to ream multi-stepped holes.
*Brazing Cutter: Only brazes the necessary sections of the carbide, making lower costs and lighter weights possible.
*Reamer: Used as a high-precision hole finishing tool. Can feature direct blades, spiral blades, step reamers, etc.
*Drills: Capable of creating the ideal shape for the application. Recommended for hole finishing and coat processing.
*T-Slot Cutters: Ideal for T-type, V-type, R-type and other coating processes.
*Endmills: Allows special shape processing such as transverse machining and planing to be performed in one step.
*Bits: A tool capable of a variety of tasks including increasing hole diameters and adding grooves.
*Other Carbide Tools: We also can manufacture other carbide tools such as side cutters, slitters and punches.
**Aftercare Service
*At the request of the customer we will take responsibility for re-sharpening worn carbide cutting tools.
*We re-sharpen tools on our normal new product manufacturing line, so the condition of the sharpened blade is the same as a new product.
