Our company specializes in the manufacture of molded products, particularly printed (decorated) products created by vacuum and compressed air molding. Using these technologies as a base, we not only add decorations but also manufacture injected molded products that are combined with functional films and other materials. By compounding our technological skills we are able to supply molded products that meet the low cost, light weight, environmental and high functionality needs of the age.
- Our company prides itself in being able to turn any type of material into any type of form desired, regardless if the material is soft, hard, foam, complex layered materials, thick slabs, or thin slabs. Our company uses its accumulated technical skills acquired primarily in the area of vacuum and compressed air molded products and printed molded products to provide heat molded products to a wide variety of industries.
- We have abundant experience in forming complex materials, printed materials, and difficult-to-form engineering plastic materials. Using these technological skills as a base we are working on improving manufacturing efficiency and quality stabilization. We are also working on establishing next-generation forming technologies in the area of 3D laminate formation for different types of films and film insert formation.
